✅ 1. Legal Warranty

All Atelier Volto products come with a two-year statutory warranty . If a problem arises that isn't due to misuse, we'll repair, replace, or find a suitable solution – all free of charge.

🔧 2. What is covered by the warranty?

✔ Manufacturing errors or defects upon delivery
✔ Problems with operation within the warranty period
✔ Defects not caused by the customer

❌ 3. What is not covered by the warranty?

✘ Normal wear and tear or damage due to incorrect/intensive use
✘ Damage due to moisture, heat or use outside the product's intended purpose
✘ Self-assembled, modified or customized products

📨 4. How do you report a warranty case?

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Standard delivery

Your order will be delivered promptly to the address you specified – right to your doorstep. We'll notify you as soon as your package is on its way.

Pick up or delivery by appointment

Buying something large or placing a bulk order? You can also choose personal delivery by appointment or pick it up at our workshop . Convenient and flexible!

🔁 Right of withdrawal & Returns

Standard products

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (in accordance with Article VI.47 of the CISG).

Conditions:
– Product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging
– Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered defective.
– In case of damage or use, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value

Custom products

Personalised items (such as custom accessories) are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Art. VI.53, 3° CISG).
Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of ordering and before production.

📦 Return Costs & Refund

– The customer bears the shipping costs and the risk of return.
– Refund or exchange will follow after receipt and inspection of the product
