2. Application of these conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Atelier Volto and you, the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version can always be found on our website.

3. Product information & Prices

– All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise)
We do our best to describe all products as accurately as possible. Please note that slight color or shape variations are possible, especially with handmade or natural materials.
– Prices may change without prior notice, but orders already confirmed retain their price

4. Ordering & Payment

- You can easily order via our webshop
– Payment can be made via secure payment methods such as Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, etc.
– Your order is only final after payment and confirmation by e-mail

5. Delivery & Delivery Times

– We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe
– You will be notified if something is temporarily unavailable
– Large or heavy packages can be delivered or collected by appointment .
Damage upon delivery? Please let us know within 48 hours via the contact form.

6. Right of withdrawal & Returns

🛍️ Standard products

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (Art. VI.47 WER).

Conditions:
– The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
– Return costs are at your own expense, except in case of defects
– If the item is returned damaged or incomplete, we may apply a depreciation.

🎨 Custom products

There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products (such as custom accessories or nameplates) (Art. VI.53, 3° WER).
Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after ordering , before production has started.

📦 Returns

– The customer bears the shipping risk and return costs
– We will only refund after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

7. Warranty & Complaints

At Atelier Volto you have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing errors or defects.

Not under warranty:
✘ Normal wear and tear
✘ Damage due to improper use or improper maintenance
✘ Damage caused by animal use outside its intended purpose

Complaint? Send us an email with a brief description and clear photos. We'll respond within 5 business days .

8. Liability

Atelier Volto is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect use.
In situations of force majeure (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural phenomena, etc.), we reserve the right to adjust delivery times or cancel orders.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the GDPR legislation .
Your data will only be used to process your order and for our customer service.
We never sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions.
In case of disputes, only the courts in Belgium have jurisdiction.
